What We Do
We use evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness Based interventions to assist with symptoms of Anxiety, Anger and Depression. We teach Emotional and Behavioural Self-Regulation to assist with distressing inner thoughts and feelings, or behaviours that need to change. We assist you in making changes to reduce the adverse effects of too much stress. We also work with individuals interested in personal growth.
We provide a variety of assessments for helping students make changes at school so they can achieve to potential; for people engaged with the judicial system, and for individuals with psychological or physical injuries that want to get more of their lives back.
